This is not a sales call, but rather time we invest in you to determine what’s slowing you down, what an effective IT service program for your business might entail – and whether we could be good prospects to work together.
Step 2: Launching your partnership with Streamline IT
Our service manager and your assigned dedicated technical advisor meet with each member of your team to learn about existing technical challenges, performance issues and their aspirations for an ideal IT environment. We install our management tools, such as virus scanners and other alerts, to monitor your system and optimize security. We’ll also review your standard procedures and help you update them to ensure alignment with current best practices.
Step 3: Ongoing support and assistance
Your Streamline IT dedicated technical advisor will field every support request and take any needed action to resolve recurring issues. We’ll monitor your system’s security and act immediately if there’s a breach or other potential compromise.
Step 4: IT planning
We’ll provide periodic reviews of your IT posture, including an analysis of ticket trends and potential security concerns. We’ll offer recommendations to help you plan and budget for future needs, and make sure you’re positioned to take best advantage of new technology developments.
